Krishnakumar Kunnath (KK) is playback singer who recorded songs in many languages. KK began her career singing for commercial jingles, and A.R. Rahman soundtrack. In 1999, he released his debut album, Pal.

In 1994 he started singing career by singing Jingle for UTV. He sang more than 3500 jingles in different languages. A.R. Rahman's "Kalluri Saaley" and "Hello Dr." This hit song introduced KK as a playback singer.
He got his Bollywood break from "Tadap Tadap" from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and "Chhod Aaye Hum" from Gulzar's Machis (1996). KK has also sung many television serial songs and appeared as jury member in Fame Gurukul.
In 2015, he came in the singing talent show Indian Idol Junior Season 2 and also in the Show Baaton Baaton Mein on Sony Mix. He also sung a song for pakistani TV show The Ghost in 2008.
On 31st May 2022, after performing in a concert, he complained of feeling unwell and died of cardic arrest in his hotel room. On 1st June 2022, Kolkata police registered case of his unnatural death.
